Bush presented himself as bulwark even though he was in charge BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER the attack on 9/11 and failed to act even though he was forewarned People forget his blunder that forced a spy plane to land in China, the retention of its crew, the compromising of classified equipment, the ultimate dismantling and crating of the plane and the return of the parts to the USA via a Russian cargo plane. Watching Bush puff up and spin more lies was sickening.
